Leadership Bootcamp

Service Description

This is a boot camp intended a for New or Aspiring Leaders, Managers, Supervisors and Business Owners as well as a refresher for those that are currently in Leadership.   This Training is designed to provide and intense curriculum that focused on the necessary components and attributes that provide the formula for great leadership.  Topic include:  How to Supervise People, Emotional Intelligence, Time Management, Identifying strong Team Leaders, Business Etiquette,  The Anatomy of Good Leadership.  ​This training is 8 hours of intense training.   Assessments are included for module.  A Certificate of Achievement issued upon completion.
